How Our Real Estate Social Media Process Works
A clear, structured process from first conversation to reporting — so you know exactly what happens, when it happens, and what is expected from you.
Our workflow is designed around five practical steps. Each step builds on the last, so content, creative, campaigns, and reporting all stay connected. No guesswork, no surprises.
A Process Built for Real Estate Professionals
Real estate agents and brokers are busy. Between showings, negotiations, and closings, marketing tasks often get pushed to the end of the day — or skipped entirely. A structured process helps solve that problem by making it clear who does what, and when.
Our process is intentionally simple. First, we understand your goals and market. Then we collect the property and brand information we need. From there, we create the content, prepare the campaigns, and report back on what was done. You are not left guessing about progress or deliverables.
The steps below explain what happens at each stage, what we need from you, and what you can expect in return. If anything is unclear, you can always reach out through the contact page or WhatsApp.
Step 1 — Discuss Your Goals
We start by understanding your real estate business, your audience, and what you actually want to achieve on social media.
Understanding Your Business
Every real estate business is different. A solo agent in a suburban market has different needs than a small brokerage covering multiple cities. The first conversation is about understanding your situation — not pushing a package.
During this step, we discuss:
- Your market and target audience
- Your current social media presence
- Your marketing objectives
- The properties or content types you want to promote
- Any specific brand or messaging direction
Step 2 — Collect Property & Brand Information
Accurate content depends on accurate information. This step is about gathering what we need from you.
What We Need From You
To create content that reflects your properties and brand correctly, we ask clients to provide the following. The more complete the information, the smoother the process.
- Business or agent name
- Logo, if available
- Website and social media links
- Brand colors and any brand guidelines
- Property photographs
- Property details — address, price, beds, baths, square footage, features
- Open-house information
- Contact details for the content
- Campaign objective and estimated advertising budget
Note: Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information and for having the necessary rights to any images, logos, or materials they supply.
Step 3 — Create Content & Creatives
This is where the visual and written work happens. Posts, captions, Stories, and ad creatives are prepared based on the information from Step 2.
Content Production
Based on the package you selected, we prepare the agreed number of social media posts, captions, Instagram Stories, and ad creatives. Content is designed for the platform and format — square feed posts, vertical Stories, and Facebook or Instagram ad creatives.
What we create in this step typically includes:
- Property listing posts and feature posts
- Captions built from the details you provided
- Instagram Stories in vertical format
- Facebook and Instagram ad creatives
- Brand-consistent visuals using your colors
Every piece is checked for basic accuracy before delivery — property price, address, beds, baths, square footage, contact details, spelling, and platform dimensions.
Step 4 — Campaign Setup & Support
If your package includes Facebook or Instagram campaign support, this step is where the campaign structure is prepared.
Campaign Preparation
Campaign support depends on the package you selected. Some packages include setup and basic monitoring; others include monitoring, optimization, and lead tracking. All of it is done within the agreed scope.
Campaign work may include:
- Preparing the ad creative for the campaign
- Structuring the lead form or inquiry path
- Setting up the campaign based on the objective
- Reviewing audience and targeting considerations
- Launching or supporting the launch of the campaign
Important: Advertising spend is separate from the service fee. The advertising budget is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform. Housing and real estate advertising may have special platform requirements and targeting restrictions.
Step 5 — Monitoring & Reporting
The final step keeps you informed about what was done and, where applicable, how the campaign performed within the agreed scope.
Monthly Reporting
Applicable packages include a monthly report. The report may cover campaign activity, content delivery, advertising activity, lead-generation activity where available, and basic observations.
Reports are intended to give you a clearer view of what was done during the month. We do not invent numerical results, and we do not promise specific lead counts or ROI.
For packages with optimization and lead tracking, the report also includes observations from those activities within the agreed scope.

Your Service Fee and Advertising Budget Are Separate
Understanding the difference helps you plan your real estate marketing more clearly.
Advertising Budget Is Separate
The monthly package price is the service fee for Abdul Wahid Real Estate Content Service — covering content creation, creative design, campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting depending on the package.
Advertising spend is NOT included in any package. The client pays the advertising budget directly to the applicable advertising platform.
Quality Control at Every Step
Before publishing or delivering content, the workflow checks the following where applicable.
- Property price
- Address
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Square footage
- Agent / business name
- Phone number
- Website
- Dates
- Spelling
- CTA
- Image quality
- Platform dimensions
- Basic advertising compliance considerations
This internal review helps reduce errors before content goes live. It is not a legal certification and does not guarantee compliance with every advertising requirement.

Because of this, the service does not guarantee:
- Leads
- Sales
- Revenue
- ROI
- Followers
- Reach
- Engagement
- Ad approval
Our focus is on delivering professional content, creatives, and structured campaign support within the agreed scope.

Process FAQ
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding time depends on how quickly the required information is provided. Once we have your property details, brand assets, and objectives, the content production phase can begin.
Do I need to provide everything at once?
No. You can provide information in stages, but having the core details ready — property information, brand colors, and contact details — helps the process move more smoothly.
Will you need access to my social media accounts?
Not necessarily. Content can be delivered to you for posting, or access can be arranged if agreed as part of the scope. Access is only used when the client provides it.
Do you guarantee campaign results?
No. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, ROI, followers, reach, engagement, or ad approval. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.
What happens if I want to change my package later?
Package changes can be discussed based on your requirements and the applicable billing period.
