1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

We provide real estate social media content, advertising creatives, and Facebook & Instagram lead-generation campaign support for US real estate professionals. The specific deliverables depend on the package you select.

Services may include, according to the selected package:

• Social media posts and captions for real estate content
• Instagram Stories in vertical formats
• Facebook and Instagram advertising creatives
• Facebook and Instagram campaign setup
• Lead-generation setup (lead forms or inquiry paths)
• Campaign monitoring and basic optimization
• Lead tracking (included in the Complete package)
• Monthly reporting within the agreed scope

All services are provided within the scope agreed at the time of purchase. Services not expressly listed in the agreed scope are not included.

3. Packages and Scope

We offer three monthly packages: Starter ($100/month), Growth ($150/month), and Complete ($200/month). Each package includes a defined monthly scope of content, creatives, and campaign support. Full details are available on the Packages page.

Clients with requirements outside the listed package quantities may request a custom scope. Custom scopes are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Package changes can be discussed based on client requirements and the applicable billing period.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is made according to the package and scope agreed with the client. Payment details are provided privately after the service package and scope are confirmed.

Payment for the agreed service is required before work begins on the relevant package period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not publish private bank account details, payment credentials, or payment processor information on the website. All payment coordination is handled privately between the client and our business.

5. Advertising Budget (Separate from Service Fee)

Any advertising budget discussed or referenced on this website or during communication is illustrative only. We do not recommend a specific advertising amount, and no specific amount is guaranteed to produce any particular result.

6. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver accurate and professional content, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete property information (address, price, beds, baths, square footage, features, dates, and contact details)
• Providing brand assets such as logos and brand colors, where available
• Ensuring they have the necessary rights to any photographs, logos, trademarks, property materials, or other assets they supply
• Providing timely feedback when input is required
• Complying with all applicable laws and platform policies related to their real estate marketing
• Ensuring that any advertising account access provided is authorized and appropriate

We rely on the information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all property and brand information they provide.

7. Content Accuracy and Quality Control

Before publishing or delivering content, we perform a quality-control review that checks, where applicable: property price, address, beds, baths, square footage, agent name, phone number, website, dates, spelling, CTA, image quality, platform dimensions, and basic advertising compliance considerations.

This review helps reduce errors before delivery or publishing. It is not a legal certification and does not guarantee compliance with every advertising requirement. If a client provides incorrect information, the client is responsible for requesting a correction, and we will make reasonable efforts to update content accordingly.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Social media reach, advertising performance, leads, sales, revenue, and ROI can vary based on factors such as market conditions, property, offer, audience, creative, competition, platform changes, and advertising budget.

Because of this, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads
• Sales or closings
• Revenue or return on advertising spend (ROI)
• Ad approval by any advertising platform
• Ad reach, impressions, or engagement rates
• Followers or profile growth
• Cost-per-lead figures

Our commitment is to deliver the agreed content, creatives, campaign support, and reporting within the defined scope of the selected package.

9. Advertising Compliance

Housing and real-estate advertising may be subject to special advertising requirements and targeting restrictions on advertising platforms. Campaigns are created with applicable platform policies in mind, based on the information provided by the client.

We do not provide legal advice, and we do not guarantee approval of any advertisement or campaign by any platform. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their listings, offers, and advertising content comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

10. Intellectual Property

Our content: The design, text, layout, graphics, and code on this website are the property of Abdul Wahid Real Estate Content Service, unless otherwise noted. Copyright-free images are used under the terms of their respective licenses (for example, the Unsplash License).

Client-provided materials: Clients retain ownership of all materials they provide to us, including property photos, logos, and brand assets.

Content we create for clients: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the final content, creatives, and campaign materials we produce for a client are provided for the client's use in their real estate marketing. We may retain the right to display non-confidential samples as demonstrative work, but only where such display does not disclose confidential client information and where the client has not objected in writing.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve working with third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the operation, availability, or policy decisions of these platforms.

We are also not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of any third-party tools, plugins, or integrations referenced on our website or used in the delivery of services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abdul Wahid Real Estate Content Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to us for the specific service period giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Abdul Wahid Real Estate Content Service harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the terms agreed for the package. Termination terms are discussed during onboarding and confirmed in writing where applicable.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services already delivered remain payable. Any refunds or credits are handled according to the terms agreed for the package.

15. Changes to Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of our services or the website from time to time. When changes affect an active service period, we will communicate with affected clients and, where appropriate, adjust the scope or timeline for that period.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Abdul Wahid Real Estate Content Service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
